Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for their RX Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for medication adherence support and address their concerns
• Utilize software to record patient information and interactions while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program improvement opportunities and communicate issues to senior staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
• 1+ years of experience in retail healthcare, preferably in a high-volume call center
• Minimum of one consecutive year of customer service experience
• Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
