Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Lead responsible for overseeing reporting and patient interactions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports under the supervision of the Pharmacist Lead
• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment and resolve patient inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls for medication reviews and adherence assessments, while maintaining patient records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Active pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Prior experience in a phone-based pharmacy setting and patient care environment
• Experience in Managed Care or Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
