Pharmacy Technician Licensed Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Pharmacy Technician Licensed Reimbursement Specialist will manage the processing of manufacturer copay assistance program reimbursements, ensure accurate patient billing information, and monitor claims activity for accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor claims activity for accuracy and successful submission
• Ensure patient billing information is correctly set up in the pharmacy software
• Respond to inquiries regarding reimbursement and billing from employees, patients, and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED; some college preferred
• CPhT certification preferred
• Pharmacy technician license or trainee license strongly preferred in applicable states
• Experience in pharmacy, health plan, or clinical insurance claims billing preferred
