Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Representative to provide customer service and support related to medication orders and insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone calls to patients regarding medication orders, benefits verification, and new patient enrollment
• Process requests for new and refill order shipments while ensuring insurance coverage
• Assist in enrolling new customers and provide explanations of services offered

Required Qualifications

• Must live within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role managing complex needs over the phone
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications and computer keyboarding
• Must have a direct internet connection and a secure, distraction-free home workspace
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
