Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Representative to provide customer service and support for medication orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone calls to patients regarding medication orders and benefits verification
• Coordinate and process requests for medication shipments and verify insurance coverage
• Assist in enrolling new customers and provide explanations of services offered

Required Qualifications

• Must live within 75 miles of Fairfield, NJ
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role handling complex customer needs over the phone
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications and computer keyboarding
• Must have a direct internet connection and a secure home workspace
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
