Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic Medication Adherence Consultation services with eligible members
• Perform data entry of adherence barriers and member-related information
• Maintain performance standards for calls, production metrics, and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Active Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the desired state of employment
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Secure and private workspace to protect HIPAA confidentiality
• Access to secure high-speed internet via cable/DSL at home
