Pharmacy Technician Medication Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Navigator, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies to promote timely medication fills and refills
• Educate patients on their medication regimens and assist in overcoming adherence barriers
• Support quality performance metrics and participate in program development for high-risk patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• Certification/license as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, or Nurse, or an Associate's Degree in pharmacy or nursing
• 1+ years of experience working with patients, preferably in medication management
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)
