Job Summary
To support patient care in a remote capacity, the Infusion Pharmacy Technician - NV, TX Licensed will manage inbound and outbound call center communications, oversee case management for bleeding disorder patients, and collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure coordinated care.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries and service requests efficiently
- Conduct case management for patients with bleeding disorders, including managing monthly refills and patient assessments
- Collaborate with pharmacists, sales, and nursing teams to provide coordinated patient care
Required qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in NV or TX, with the ability to obtain an AZ license if located in NV
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex computer systems
