Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Support Technician (WFH Anywhere in the U.S.)

Key Responsibilities

• Administers operational support to clinical pharmacy staff and conducts outreach to providers and members
• Reviews data and documents relevant interactions while managing day-to-day processes
• Educates providers and pharmacies on medication options and ensures members receive appropriate therapy

Required Qualifications

• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Ability to interpret Pharmacy Claims data
• High School Diploma or equivalent
