Pharmacy Technician Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Pharmacy - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Processes pharmacy prior authorization requests and assists with clerical tasks in the call center
• Communicates plan benefit information and supports pharmacists with comprehensive medication reviews

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in call center or customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or state pharmacy technician license preferred
