Job Summary

Providing customer service support for inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, the full-time Pharmacy Technician Representative will work remotely, assisting members, providers, and pharmacies while contributing to medication-related healthcare outcomes during designated hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Handles and records pharmacy calls in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Processes pharmacy prior authorization requests and explains claims adjudication and policy information
  • Maintains call quality standards and supports pharmacists with comprehensive medication reviews
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related experience in call center or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software programs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Experience developing positive work relationships with various stakeholders
