Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care & Resolution Specialist to support member inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member calls and inquiries with empathy and precision
- Manage and resolve cases related to pharmacy benefit concerns and document outcomes
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PBM, health plan, or MTM call center, or 4 years in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
- Prior experience with benefit investigations or claims processing preferred
