Key Responsibilities

Manage real-time insurance claims and provide customer service to clients
Analyze, approve, and submit claims while ensuring accurate processing
Work with third-party payers and facilities to resolve claim discrepancies

Qualifications and Requirements

Pharmacy Technician License in Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, and Maryland (all preferred)
Previous Long-Term Care pharmacy experience is a plus
Knowledge of Framework LTC is a plus
