Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Programs Specialist responsible for leading administrative and operational tasks to facilitate the execution of clinical programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming clinical programs calls and schedule consultations
• Lead administrative tasks to support the implementation of clinical programs
• Manage and maintain drug lists for clinical program operations

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting or related healthcare experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
