Job Summary

Overseeing the daily flow of pharmacy-related issues, the full-time Pharmacy Service Excellence Issue Management Specialist will work remotely to manage issue tracking systems, provide status updates, and inform leadership of pressing matters while coordinating departmental deliverables.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain status updates of weekly Operations and Prioritization logs in collaboration with Pharmacy Business Liaison and Quality Specialist
  • Train staff on issues tracking software and facilitate the submission of Marketing Communication Request Forms
  • Coordinate departmental deliverable calendars to ensure awareness of regulatory and project deadlines
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Three years of retail, hospital, or other pharmacy experience
  • One year of managed care, PBM, or other relevant experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is preferred
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
