Job Summary

Supporting eligibility and benefits configuration in a remote environment, the Pharmacy Benefits Operations Specialist will manage pharmacy plan implementation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with pharmacy benefits managers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and create plan/benefit design rules, including adjudication and clinical rules
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop pharmacy benefit plan designs and documentation
  • Lead communication with PBM for claims adjudication setup and troubleshoot benefit-related issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to perform in an office environment with extended periods of sitting and using computer screens
