Job Summary
To support pharmacy clients in utilizing innovative technology solutions, the full-time Pharmacy Technician Support Specialist will guide onboarding, conduct training sessions, and ensure system performance in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Guide pharmacy clients through the onboarding and implementation of technology solutions
- Conduct virtual training sessions for pharmacy staff and monitor system performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document implementation progress and client workflows
Required qualifications
- Active or previously licensed Pharmacy Technician preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment
- Strong interest in technology and process improvement
- Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to pharmacy staff
