PhD Functional Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting high-priority initiatives in substance use and overdose prevention, the fully remote Sr. Functional Specialist will manage project planning, conduct research and analysis, and coordinate stakeholder engagement while providing program management support.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop project plans, and monitor progress across multiple initiatives
• Conduct literature reviews and data analyses, contributing to the creation of reports and communications
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagement strategies, documenting key outcomes and follow-up actions

Required qualifications

• PhD or PharmD required
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience producing a variety of written scientific reports and documents
