Phenomics Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phenomics Data Scientist to apply advanced analytics and AI methodologies to large-scale EHR phenotyping and clinicogenomic datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and curate patient cohort data from EHRs
• Support automated phenotyping pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Document projects, optimize pipelines, develop algorithms, and prepare reports

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 2-3 years of relevant experience or MSc with 5+ years in computational biology, bioinformatics, or data science
• Strong experience with data curation and mining using Linux command line
• Advanced analytics and statistical modeling experience
• Proficiency in advanced programming with reusable scripts in R, Python, Spark, or SQL
• Experience with automated EHR-phenotyping pipelines using large longitudinal datasets
