Job Summary

Supporting the Grateful Giving and Donor Relations team, the full-time salaried Philanthropy Administrator will provide organized programmatic and administrative support for fundraising initiatives and donor relations strategies, working remotely to ensure effective execution and communication across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage philanthropic business operations, including budget oversight and program data accuracy
  • Oversee team and program-level administrative processes and operational workflows
  • Execute project requirements for team initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
  • Three years of direct experience in development operations
  • Experience with CRM systems and project coordination
  • Strong skills in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field and five years of experience in marketing or public relations
