Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Philanthropy and Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administrative efforts of the Board of Directors, including maintaining the website and donor database
  • Take minutes at monthly Board meetings and distribute them to board members
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns and provide data analytics and reports
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Familiarity with website content management and social media platforms
  • Experience coordinating activities of volunteers
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and web-based applications
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand French is a plus
