Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Philanthropy and Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Board of Directors with administrative tasks, including taking meeting minutes and maintaining the donor database
  • Manage the organization's website and social media presence
  • Assist with fundraising efforts, including drafting correspondence and coordinating campaigns

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and social media platforms
  • Experience in engaging and coordinating volunteers
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and web-based applications
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand French is a plus
