Job Summary

Supporting the Philanthropy Compliance function, the full-time salaried Assistant Director, Philanthropy Compliance will manage compliance-related activities, interpret regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and reliability of philanthropic operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent execution of compliance-related work and develop guidance for fundraising and donor restrictions
  • Partner with various teams to ensure compliance guidance reflects operational workflows and risk areas
  • Act as a trusted compliance advisor, communicating expectations and promoting the adoption of compliance resources across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fundraising/non-profit, government agency, marketing, law, healthcare, or related fields
  • Experience with donor-restricted funds and fundraising compliance
  • Ability to interpret regulatory and policy requirements
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial where applicable
