Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record in securing multi-year commitments
• Familiarity with U.S.-based philanthropic networks, particularly in climate, jobs, and justice sectors
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in strategic planning from a fundraising perspective
• Proficiency in systems and processes, including CRM software
