Job Summary

A company is looking for a Philanthropy Engagement Officer to manage mid-level giving supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level benefactors to enhance retention and increase gift amounts
• Create and execute tailored communication plans for supporters based on their interests
• Qualify supporters for transition to Major Gifts and maintain updated database records

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated fundraising experience
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Experience with the organization as a missionary or student
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office applications
• A list of over 200 personal contacts for fundraising purposes
