Philanthropy Grants Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Philanthropy Grants Manager (Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of philanthropic grants, including onboarding, tracking, and close-out
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all philanthropic grants reporting requirements
• Act as the operations focal point within the Philanthropy Team, coordinating with various units and troubleshooting grant implementation challenges

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Public Administration, International Development, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in grant management, compliance, or donor relations
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of grants, preferably with foundations or global NGOs
• Familiarity with the full grant lifecycle and understanding of contractual provisions in grant agreements
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other UN languages is an asset
