Key Responsibilities

• Manage donor data entry and updates in CRM to ensure data integrity
• Respond to donor inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution
• Support program operations through meeting preparation and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Required: One year of clerical, office, administrative, or related support experience
• Preferred: Experience in a non-profit fundraising operation
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and confidentiality
• Experience in customer service or solutions sales is preferred
