Job Summary

A company is looking for a Philanthropy Specialist - Prospect Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary research on potential principal gift prospects using various resources
• Update and maintain prospect records within the institution's CRM system
• Assist with project management and administrative support for Prospect Development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• One year of clerical, office, administrative, or related support experience required, or equivalent experience may substitute for education on a one-to-one basis
• Preferred experience in prospect development or fundraising research within a nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and CRM systems
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under deadlines
