Philanthropy Specialist

Job Summary

To support the division's fundraising efforts, the full-time Philanthropy Specialist will conduct prospect research, manage donor information, and collaborate with team members to engage potential major donors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary research on potential principal gift prospects and maintain prospect records within the CRM system
• Generate targeted prospect lists and support analysis efforts to identify high-potential donors
• Assist with project management and administrative support for Prospect Development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• One year of clerical, office, administrative, or related support experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Preferred experience in prospect development or fundraising research within a nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and CRM systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
