Philanthropy Vice President

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Vice President of Philanthropy to lead their fundraising efforts and support their mission of resident-led positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals
• Manage relationships with institutional funders, major donors, and prospects
• Lead and collaborate with the development team to meet fundraising goals

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Proven success in fundraising from foundations, corporations, and major donors
• Ability to articulate the importance of investing in BIPOC leadership
• Experience with revenue projections and budget management
