Philosophy Adjunct Instructor

Job Summary

To support a growing academic program, the part-time fully remote Philosophy Adjunct Instructor will organize and teach online Logic and Classical Reasoning courses, deliver quality instruction, and manage the learning environment for students.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and teach assigned online classes, ensuring quality instruction
• Provide regular evaluation feedback and maintain student attendance records
• Participate in institutional effectiveness initiatives, including assessment and evaluation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Philosophy or a related field with 18 graduate credits in the concentration
• Experience teaching at the higher education level is preferred
• Familiarity with the Canvas learning management platform is preferred
