Key Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, teach, and evaluate learners in general education courses
• Advise and mentor students while monitoring learner performance
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records and attend faculty meetings

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Philosophy or a related discipline
• Minimum of 18 credit hours of direct study in the discipline being taught
• Demonstrated experience in higher education, preferably in online education
