Job Summary

Supporting the Audit Supervisor, the full-time Phone Audit Specialist will ensure workflow efficiency and compliance in telephone and mail audit operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor progress notes and generate exception reports for non-compliance
  • Track audit status updates and manage reopen requests, assigning cases as needed
  • Maintain an active audit inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of audit record requests
Required qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Visual Audit and Nexus Audit systems
  • Solid understanding of audit processes and carrier-specific requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
