Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Auditor to facilitate insurance premium audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and incorporate guidelines for completing premium audits
• Make daily calls to insureds and agents
• Complete audits according to rules and regulations for specific clients and states

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bookkeeping experience
• Quickbooks experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and tax documents
• Competent use of spreadsheets and word processing software
• Ability to multitask in a team environment
