Phone Auditor

Job Summary

To support the growth of the team, the full-time Phone Auditor will field incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate insurance premium audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and apply fundamental guidelines for completing premium audits
• Make daily calls to insureds and agents to gather necessary information
• Maintain an average of 35 billable hours per week while completing audits based on specific regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with QuickBooks
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and tax documents
• Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email
• Bilingual skills are a significant advantage
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
