Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Inventory Specialist to facilitate the contents inventory process for insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with policyholders and field staff to compile lists of damaged personal items
  • Evaluate claim details and conduct interviews to capture total loss contents
  • Ensure accurate entry of claim-related documentation into the claims management system
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to type a minimum of 65 WPM
  • Experience with claims management and estimating processes
  • Customer service experience and ability to empathize with individuals in distress
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
