Phone Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

To support the contents inventory process, the part-time Phone Inventory Specialist will interact with policyholders and field staff to compile lists of damaged personal items, ensuring accurate valuation for insurance claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with policyholders and field staff to create and review content lists of damaged items
• Monitor claim assignments and evaluate claim details, conducting interviews to gather necessary information
• Ensure accurate documentation is entered into the claims management system and follow up with policyholders on inventory records

Required qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong data entry skills
• Typing speed of at least 65 WPM
• Experience in customer service, with a background in empathetic communication preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
