Phone Premium Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Premium Auditor (Experienced) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and records
• Correspond with insured via phone, email, and mail while examining data for correct classifications
• Prepare audit documents and communicate results to the insured and review staff

Required Qualifications:

• Phone audit experience required
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or commercial insurance
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
