Phone Premium Auditor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Phone Premium Auditor will examine financial records of insured businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while identifying potential fraud and preparing audit documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and types of records needed
• Examine data to determine correct classifications for business activities and communicate results to insured parties
• Correspond with insured clients via phone, email, and mail to request information and explain audit results

Required qualifications:

• Phone audit experience is required
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or commercial insurance
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents
• General PC knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus
• Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and staff
