Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist, Phone Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the phone system implementation process, including setup, provisioning, and installation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to phone systems and VOIP hardware/software
- Create and update technical documentation and collaborate with teams to improve communication workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in VOIP support with a proven ability to resolve escalated issues
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing common phone and VOIP-related technical issues
- Experience in documenting technical fixes and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Foundational understanding of basic networking concepts relevant to voice communications
- Proven ability to anticipate future issues and design preventive systems or processes
