Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Photographs for their Auctions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with auction sellers to gather necessary artwork information
• Catalog lots for auction, conduct thorough research, and write detailed descriptions
• Photograph and edit artworks for publication, while managing deadlines and client outreach

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cataloguing or relevant experience
• BA in art history or related field; graduate degree is a plus
• Knowledge and interest in contemporary and modern art, specifically photography
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
