Job Summary
To support the development of advanced memory technologies, the full-time Photolithography Engineer will integrate Low and High NA EUV lithography processes while collaborating with global partners and driving innovations from R&D into high-volume manufacturing at the NYCreates site in Albany, New York.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate photolithography unit processes for advanced memory technologies
- Perform material evaluations, reticle and layout development, and process window analysis
- Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization
Required qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- B.S. with 3+ years of semiconductor processing experience with an emphasis on Lithography will also be considered
- Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development
- Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams
