Job Summary

A company is looking for a Photonics Packaging Engineer II to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and testing of new products, components, or systems
• Conduct detailed engineering analysis, simulations, and calculations to validate designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product introduction and sustained production

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials Science, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo)
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
