Job Summary

A company is looking for a PHP Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable solutions using PHP, MYSQL, and React
Oversee development work, coaching colleagues and assisting in task management
Lead code reviews, champion best practices, and optimize system performance

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience building highly scalable PHP applications
Minimum of 2 years in a lead role with demonstrated technical expertise
Experience in a cloud/SaaS based software environment is highly desirable
A degree or formal qualification in computer science is preferred but not essential
