Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time PHP Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain a proprietary incentive management platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain features across multiple applications within a proprietary web platform
• Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented PHP code while implementing new functionality using Laravel
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and participate in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional PHP web development experience
• 3+ years of experience developing with Laravel
• 3+ years of experience with MySQL or similar relational databases
• Strong object-oriented programming experience
• Knowledge of application architecture and SOLID principles
