Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic HR Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle for multiple small to mid-sized business clients
• Serve as the primary HR account owner and trusted advisor, delivering exceptional HR guidance
• Collaborate with the broader team to support client needs and drive compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of direct HR consulting experience managing 8-16 small to mid-sized business clients
• 5-7 total years of progressive HR experience (not recruiting)
• Active PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
