PHR Certified HR Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer all human resources functions and serve as a member of the Leadership Team
• Handle compensation and benefits, coordinate recruitment, and administer the performance evaluation system
• Provide formal and informal HR training to team members

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in human resources management, business, or a related area
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a supervisory or management position
• PHR designation required; SPHR preferred
• Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in current HR technology
