Physical Design Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Design Supervisor to support their Substation Engineering group in a remote work capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of electrical substations
• Manage physical design projects, including resource planning, risk management, and project delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of electrical substations
• Experience managing physical design projects, including budgeting and scheduling
• Proficiency with current software applications used for substation design work
• Ability to work effectively with remotely located team members
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations
