Physical Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Security Manager responsible for overseeing the Protection Services Department and ensuring the safety and security of assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program management and operational efficiency of the Protection Services Department, including policy development and budget management
• Manage daily activities of direct reports and vendor risk management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation
• Coordinate and implement physical security initiatives and respond to critical incidents, ensuring compliance and effective incident reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice or a related field
• 5 or more years of experience in physical security within financial services/banking, including supervisory experience
• Preferred certifications: Physical Security Professional or Certified Protection Professional
