Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership and oversight for physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from design through implementation while working remotely on a day shift basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, leading site surveys and developing design documentation
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations and oversee conversion bridge activities
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to manage project scheduling, technical dependencies, and escalation support during critical implementations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project-based physical security work, including design and implementation of enterprise security systems
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience coordinating with PMO functions and supply chain teams on multi-site physical security projects
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security IT integration
